Anniversaree is a print-on-demand brand operated by QEVIRA ONE LLC. By using anniversaree.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products and Production

• All items are custom made-to-order and produced by our trusted production partners in Vietnam, China, and Mexico. Products are not held in stock or shipped from a U.S. warehouse.
• Colors, print alignment, sizes, and fit may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the sublimation printing process. We recommend reviewing our Size Chart before ordering.
• Production time is 5–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or high order volume. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping and International Orders

• Shipping rates and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.
• If a package is confirmed lost, please contact us as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy — US orders: 30 days / International orders: 60 days from order date.

Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns and refunds only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or minor color/print variations that are normal for print-on-demand products.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anniversaree / QEVIRA ONE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly from the images shown due to the nature of print-on-demand production. No health or medical claims are made regarding our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anniversaree / QEVIRA ONE LLC or properly licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
