All Anniversaree products are custom-printed and sewn to order — each item is manufactured specifically for your purchase after you place an order. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. 30-Day Defective & Incorrect Item Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective (print error, fabric flaw, or manufacturing defect)
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item or wrong design sent due to our error
We will provide a free replacement or 100% refund — your choice. In most cases, you do not need to return the item; simply send us photo proof and we will resolve it promptly.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because every product is custom-printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer — please refer to our Size Chart before ordering
  • Minor color or print placement variations that are normal for print-on-demand production
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Important: Because items are made to order, we cannot resell returned products. This is why we cannot accept returns for personal preference reasons. We encourage you to review product descriptions, size charts, and mockup images carefully before placing your order.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution — replacement or refund, as you prefer.
  4. In most cases, you do not need to ship the item back unless we specifically request it.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same process described in Section 3 above.

We do not offer size or design exchanges for made-to-order products, as each item is custom-produced and cannot be reused.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible as your item is already being custom-made.

6. Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier:

  • US domestic orders: If not delivered within 30 days of your order date, contact us for a free reship or full refund.
  • International orders: If not delivered within 60 days of your order date, we will offer a free reship or full refund.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
